I've purchased seven pairs of shoes from Herring over the past few years and their service has been faultless. As I live overseas, I've required quite a bit of guidance in sizing and have been very impressed by Herring's exemplary response times, knowledge, and flexibility. Needless to say, all of the shoes I have ordered have been exceptionally high quality, comparable to the bigger names but at a more realistic price point. Quite simply the best customer service I've ever experienced, and given that I live and work in Japan, that's really saying something.
