- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-07-09, by Roger LennardI saw a product on the website for £11.99 but when I went to collect two of these items in the shop, the price was now £19.99 each. I was told that the shop price was more than the website price but given no reasonable explanation for this unreasonable price hike (66% price increase). On one of the items I pointed out that there were two price labels; one for the lower price. The assistant agreed to sell this at the lower price but not the identical item that had the higher price label. Unfortunately I needed these products urgently and could not go elsewhere on this occasion.
